    The lessee is responsible for maintaining the property well during the rental period. The lessee must not be under the influence of alcohol while the vehicle is being driven. DO NOT DRIVE UNDER 1 METER OF WATER DEPTH! The lessee undertakes to pay a deposit (same as the insurance excess) of SEK 10 000 in case of damage to the rental property.
